Last Meal of the Weekend

Pig cheeks slow cooked with leeks and mustard.
Doesn't look pretty, but was really really tasty.
Planning to portion and freeze leftovers so that Boy has something to eat on evenings when I'm not about - clever, no?

Not sure I'm going to have room for my pudding rhubarb though :-(
