Gulls' Eggs
With asparagus, tomatoes and the end of the asparagus-end puree.
There were actually two eggs, but, in my excitement, I ate one before taking the photo.
They were nice. Creamy.
I have another two to eat later this weekend.
I'll formulate a more eloquent opinion by then!
