Despite extreme volume of Hawksmoor lunch today (more on that later), I found myself a bit peckish this evening...

So - bread (which I made last night - doesn't show up very well here, but using rapeseed oil in it has made it a lovely yellow colour) and gravadlax.
Washed down with Champagne.
