Vegetables and Whatnot
Slowly sauteed onion and tomato 'pasta sauce' with garlicky balsamic mushrooms and black olives.
Sounds a bit dull, but actually super tasty.
Once again, I cleverly made a bit too much and baked up the leftovers with an egg for lunch today.
I'm feeling very smug.

Yum - pure vegetable umami. That's always a treat.
