Nosparagus

Today we went for a big walk, which encompassed sherry and meats at Pizarro:





And wine and meats at L'Entrepot, which is the new Borough Wines cafe/bar that's just opened up about 30 feet from my flat...





All very good and, I think, just about sufficient incentive/reward for a reluctantly walking husband.

I meant for us to have a picnic today, to celebrate the bank holiday, but the weather wasn't totally on our side, so I wasn't really prepared in terms of what to make for tea...

We ended up, therefore, with a cupboard staples tea of tomatoey butterbeans, bacon and tinned smoked mussels with liberal paprika. We also ate PSB and husband had pasta.
