Meat Free Monday

Not deliberately, in fact, but because a vegetarian has come to stay.
Actually, she's a recent convert to pescatarianism, which is good for us, as it means that there's no longer any need to eschew the king of condiments that is fish sauce...

So here it is - aubergine salad with chilli, fish sauce and garlic dressing and stirfried PSB with shallots and quite a lot more garlic. Delicious!
